SUMMER 2010 CAMPS

• What:
  • All coaches have played or currently are playing for a college program.
  • We have compiled a coaching staff from Florida to New York that not only know the game, but know how to pass it along to children who want to learn.
  • 7:1 Camper to Coach ratio.
  • Lunch will be provided Saturday and Sunday.
  • Each camper should bring: Mouth guard, helmet, shoulder pads, arm guards, gloves, cup, chest pad (goalies), and cleats.
• Segments of the game that will be covered:
  • Proper fundamental passing and catching.
  • Dodging: Roll dodge, split dodge, bull dodge, rocker dodge, hitch dodge, ect..
  • Shooting: Fundamental time and room shots, shots on the run, correct time to shoot, where to locate shots, and increasing velocity.
  • Offensive sets/strategies
  • Fundamental Team Defense
  • Correct Defensive angles
  • Clearing drills
  • Goalie training
  • Lacrosse contests and prizes
• EACH CAMPER WILL RECEIVE A T-SHIRT AND LACROSSE SHORTS BY HARROW LACROSSE FOR FREE!

• TO PRE REGISTER PRINT THE REGISTRATION FORM, FILL OUT, AND MAIL FORM AND CHECK TO ONE UP LACROSSE 1043 SILVER PALM LN MAITLAND FL 32751. TO RECEIVE THE PRE REGISTERED RATE THE REGISTRATION FORM AND CHECK MUST BE RECEIVED THREE WEEKS PRIOR TO THE START DATE OF YOUR CHILD'S RESPECTIVE CAMP.
