Training:

One Up Lacrosse's one on one training program is designed for the player that is serious about taking their game to the next level. Whether that means going from 3rd team to first on their current high school team, or taking their game to the next level and playing in college.

Sessions...

With our one on one training sessions we concentrate more than just on lacrosse fundamentals and skills. We work on increasing each player's agility, strength, and stamina with concentrated training techniques. We put each player through a speed training with specialized drills that will increase their acceleration and top end. We will also concentrate on each players foot work that will help them tremendously on the field. On top of all that we will also work on each player's lacrosse skills that are crucial depending on their position. We work with every positional player: Attack, Midfield, Long Stick mids, Close Defensemen, as well as goalies.
