One Up Lacrosse camps offer the highest level of coaching to elevate campers' skills and fundamentals to the pinnacle of their game. We have a dedicated staff of coaches who have all played at the highest level of collegiate and professional level. We teach fundamentals in all facets of the game for the youth level player, and for the high school level player teach them more intricate pieces of the game that will carry them through higher levels of their career.
