Mouth Guard
Cleats/Sneakers/Turf Shoes (have sneakers in your bag in case we need to go inside at all)
Bring a filled water bottle to start the day / Water will be provided for additional refills
Sunscreen
Snacks
Campers are required to provide their own snacks. The One Up Lacrosse Staff encourages healthy snacks for all campers throughout the week.
***Food Allergies: Each year we have campers with food allergies. Please let us know if your child does have a food allergy so we can prepare and address it accordingly.

1:50 - 2:30: Skill Development Training Session
2:30 - 2:35: Water Break
2:35 - 3:05: Skill Competitions/Game or Olympic Relay (Younger Age Groups)
3:05 - 3:30: 1 v 1, 2 v 2, 3 v 3 Training
3:30 - 3:45: Water Break/Snack
3:45 - 4:20: Transition Games Involving Attacking and Defending Principles
4:20 - 4:50: Small-sided Games or 12 v 12
4:50 - 5:00: Camp Closing
